Modulating the coordinated microenvironments of single Co( <scp>ii</scp> ) sites in metal–organic frameworks for harnessing acyl radicals

The microenvironments of single Co( ii ) sites in UiO-67-Ir-CoX 2 (X = NO 3 , Cl, OAc, CF 3 SO 3 ) can be modulated by modifying the coordinating anions, which show excellent activity in the synthesis of 4 H -benzo[ b ]pyrans via acyl radical utilization.
