GRAHAS VR STEP Approach: A User-Centric Framework for Developing Immersive Training Experiences
This paper introduces the GRAHAS VR STEP Approach, a user-centric framework for developing and implementing Extended Reality (XR) training solutions in industrial and enterprise setting. The STEP Approach, encompassing Story, Emotion, and Place, leverages cognitive psychology principles to create immersive and engaging learning experiences. We discuss the framework's four-stage co-creation model (Dialogue, Discovery, Develop, and Deploy) and highlight its effectiveness in delivering customized XR training solutions that prioritize user needs and maximize learning outcomes.
