An Alternative Geometrical Interpretation of Atomic Structure and Quantum Constraint

Abstract This work proposes a discrete geometric framework in which space, matter, energy, and time emerge from a Planck-scale phase-lattice structure. Physical reality is constructed from spherical cells carrying fixed 120° phase fragments, which combine through triadic coordination to form complete 360° cycles. Quantization, particle stability, and energy exchange arise as direct consequences of this discrete geometry rather than as imposed postulates. Spiral motion is identified as the fundamental mode of phase and curvature transport. Forward spirals accumulate curvature and support stable matter configurations, whereas reverse spirals lose coherence and collapse. Information transfer is shown to occur through phase reconfiguration alone, without energy transport, providing a mechanical basis for nonlocal correlations (see Fig.4). Time emerges as a directional statistical preference associated with the survival of forward spirals. At the atomic scale, structure is interpreted as a surface phenomenon governed by quantized spiral chains, explaining shell formation, nuclear deformation, and the finite extent of the periodic table (see Fig.9). At larger scales, the same geometric principles extend naturally to cosmology. The framework aims to unify foundational concepts within a single, physically intuitive structure consistent with established observations.
