STAVRELLI® BIOS — Endoskeletal and Exoskeletal Scaffolding in Segmental Regeneration — A CUBE-Based Model of Musculofascial–Joint Mechanoadaptation (Tri-lingual: English–Polish–Greek)
This paper introduces an experimental scientific model in a beta phase within the STAVRELLI® BIOS framework: endoskeletal vs exoskeletal scaffolding as complementary strategies of structural stabilization during segmental regeneration. The model describes how musculofascial–joint systems reorganize their load paths when a segment enters regeneration (repair, remodelling, or compensatory rebuilding). Using a CUBE-based representation, the body is treated as a multi-layer, multi-segment architecture in which alignment between layers (functional strata) determines whether adaptation proceeds as coherent integration (endoskeletal scaffolding) or as an externalized stabilizing strategy (exoskeletal scaffolding). The paper defines mechanoadaptation markers observable at the joint–fascia interface (directional tension vectors, layered offset, and stabilization “bridges”), and proposes a classification of mismatch scenarios that predict accumulation of non-integrated material, persistent dysfunction, or repeated compensation loops. The work outlines a reproducible descriptive vocabulary for documenting clinical observations and sets a roadmap for future validation through imaging, kinematic analysis, and standardized segmental assessment protocols.
