Global Entrepreneurial Nexus Framework (GENF): From Nexus Theory to an Implementation Blueprint
Abstract This paper presents a novel integrated framework titled the "Global Entrepreneurial Nexus Framework (GENF)", which synthesizes three dimensions: research (proposing and testing a new theory), theoretical (philosophical and systemic design foundations), and operational (an implementation roadmap). The core of this framework is the "Global Entrepreneurial Nexus Theory," which posits the "Entrepreneurial Nexus"—the unique synthesis of an individual and their personalized AI companion (the "Developmental Companion") as the new fundamental economic unit in the AI age. The paper first employs a mixed-methods research methodology, comprising a "24-Hour Laboratory" and "Resilience-Nexus Modeling (RNM)," to empirically test the theory's principles, presenting key findings on network dynamics and learning. Subsequently, leveraging these findings, it designs the operational GENF framework and formulates an integrated execution framework alongside technical and governance requirements. This approach charts a path from theorization to implementation within a complete research-operational cycle.
