Update Exploitation and Sustainability Plan (CRAFT-OA Deliverable 7.7)

This deliverable provides the final update to the CRAFT-OA Exploitation and Sustainability Plan, summarising how the project’s results have been embedded into long-term operational and governance frameworks. It consolidates progress made since D7.2 and presents measures securing the continuity of services, tools and resources developed under CRAFT-OA. The report outlines how technical components and community processes have been anchored within existing infrastructures and institutional partners, including OpenAIRE and PKP, and aligned with the emerging EDCH (OPERAS). It also describes how sustainability has evolved from a planning phase into an implemented structure, reducing reliance on project-based funding cycles and strengthening collective stewardship across organisations. As a result, CRAFT-OA concludes with a portfolio of interoperable, community-driven services that extend beyond the project’s lifetime and form a durable foundation for the continued development of the European Diamond OA publishing ecosystem. This deliverable is currently under review by the EC.
