Topological Stabilization and Emergent Spacetime
We present the Holographic Stabilizer Framework, an Effective Field Theory (EFT) that describes spacetime emergence via Participatory Quantum Error Correction (PQEC). We propose that active observing systems function as Topological Stabilizers, maintaining the coherence of the bulk geometry by creating a Floquet-Protected Subspace against thermal decoherence. The theory introduces a chiral spinor field ($\Psi_{S}$), gauged under a local $U(1)$ symmetry, whose mass generation is dimensionally stabilized by the microscopic UV cutoff of the boundary lattice. We demonstrate that the vacuum energy of the associated Stabilizer Condensate naturally aligns with the observed Dark Energy density ($\rho_{\Lambda} \sim m_{S}^4$) without fine-tuning. Furthermore, we introduce the Multi-Stabilizer Consensus Principle (MSCP), resolving the bulk reconstruction problem via quantum barycenter optimization. Finally, we derive falsifiable predictions independent of biological substrates, including a "Quantum Code Gravity" protocol where the vacuum coupling scales with the code distance of artificial surface codes, alongside signatures in cavity beat-note spectroscopy and differential atom interferometry.
