Unveiling the True Nature of Time: Challenging Prevailing Misconceptions and Redefining the Concept of Time for Modern Physics

Abstract: This paper proposes a groundbreaking redefinition of time, challenging its existence as a fundamental, physical entity and presenting it as a ‘conceptual construct’ derived from the distance and duration between actions or events. By examining the role of time measurement systems, the relativity of time scales, and the interplay between actions and events, we argue that time is not an inherent property of the universe but a ‘human-imposed framework’ for understanding sequences and durations. The theory critiques conventional time-based paradigms, such as spacetime, and offers a fresh perspective on the nature of time in physics, philosophy, and cosmology. Through relatable examples and a novel mathematical formulation, we demonstrate that time emerges from the repetition and patterning of events, providing a new lens for exploring the universe’s fundamental structure. Availability and Rights The complete theoretical framework, mathematical formulations, and related manuscripts are available for evaluation under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Exclusive intellectual property transfer and custom theoretical research services may be discussed directly with the author.
