Challenges related to the Ukrainian Russian war

This study illustrates the face of hostilities that have been taking place on Ukrainian soil for over three years as a result of the armed attack of the Russian Federation. The article achieved the aim of the work, which was to analyze the challenges related to the Ukrainian-Russian war in the context of European Union countries and Ukraine. The following research problems were solved: · How did the armed conflict affect Ukraine's society and economy? · What actions have been taken by European Union countries in connection with the war in Ukraine? It has been proven that the armed conflict in Ukraine caused a number of changes in the security and defense policy of the European Union countries, based on the examples of France, Germany and Poland, thus substantiating the hypothesis put forward by the author. The article uses theoretical knowledge acquired during studies and analysis of Polish and foreign literature. The basis for creating an appropriate study are books, articles and Internet sources. Due to the specificity of the work, the presented considerations constitute a synthesis of the analyzed issue.
