Why Maxwell's Equations Remain Unmodified in Strong-Field Conformal Spacetime Vacuum Polarization, Nonlinear Dispersion, and Black-Hole Magnetism

We demonstrate that Maxwell’s equations remain fundamentally unmodifiedwithin a velocity-dependent conformal spacetime framework, even in strong grav-itational fields. While strong conformal gradients induce effective vacuum polar-ization, magnetization, and nonlinear electromagnetic dispersion, these phenomenaarise from spacetime-dependent constitutive relations rather than alterations ofelectromagnetic field equations. Gauge invariance, charge conservation, and localLorentz invariance are preserved. We show that spacetime itself acquires nonlinearelectromagnetic response properties in strong fields, providing a natural explana-tion for magnetic fields and jet collimation near black holes without invoking plasmacurrents or modified electrodynamics.
