The S-Layer Cosmology v9.5 (CORE):  A Coherent Pressure-Sponge Alternative to Dark Matter Preview Release

This document presents a preview release of S-Layer Cosmology v9.5 (CORE).It establishes the conceptual framework and scope of the theory and includesillustrative results from an actual zero-tuning test performed on a 20-galaxysubsample of the SPARC database. The test shown here was executed without any galaxy-by-galaxy parameteradjustment. For each object, only the observed baryonic mass and aPlummer-equivalent scale radius derived from the measured surface-brightnessprofile were used. In addition to the SPARC-20 test presented in this preview, the same zero-tuningprocedure has been applied to the full SPARC-175 dataset. Those results are notincluded here and will be presented in a subsequent complete publication, together with quantitative metrics, detailed reproducibility instructions, andthe full source data. This preview is intended to establish priority and scope. In accordance withstandard practice for preview releases, full numerical tables, extendedmethodological details, and the complete reproducibility package areintentionally deferred.
