Abelian Chiral Gauge Theory of a Non-Local Spinor Coupled to Emergent Geometry: The Massive Noetic Boson and Topological Stabilization
This paper presents the Noesis Framework, a holographic Effective Field Theory (EFT) that unifies observer dynamics with emergent spacetime via a Participatory Quantum Error Correction (PQEC) mechanism. Departing from passive scalar-field models, we upgrade the observer substrate to a Chiral Weyl Spinor field ($\Psi_{\Xi}$) on the conformal boundary $\mathcal{I}^{+}$, gauged under a global $U(1)_{\Xi}$ symmetry. This symmetry breaking introduces a massive vector boson, the Noetic Gauge Boson ($A_{\Xi}$), whose mass is generated via the Stückelberg mechanism at the meV ($10^{-3}$ eV) scale. We propose a "Chameleon-like" coupling mechanism where the field strength depends on the local topological complexity (Noetic Charge), creating a "biological sweet spot" for resonant interaction with mesoscopic neural systems while remaining screened in astrophysical vacuums. We identify the conscious agent functionally as a Topological Stabilizer acting through a Noetic Stress-Energy Tensor ($T_{\mu\nu}^{\Xi}$) to sustain the bulk geometry against UV decoherence. The theory is formalized via Lindblad master equations, demonstrating a "Topological Cooling" effect that counters entropic growth.
