Coevolutionary model in ecological communities

We developed a coevolutionary model to study how host-parasite interactions coevolve (i.e., reciprocal changes in genetic diversity) overtime, how matching genotypes establish the network structure (i.e., distribution of infections) of ecological communities and how coevolution changes network structure overtime in ecological communities.
