Generalized Regional Distribution of Base numbers
The theory on regional distribution of base numbers introduces a novel approach to ana-lyzing and interpreting numerical patterns across different base number systems. This paperexplores the fundamental arithmetic on base numbers. Base numbers form the foundation ofnumeral systems, which are essential for representing and processing numerical data in mathe-matics and computer science. From the commonly used decimal(base 10) to the logically usedbinary(base 2) and hexadecimal(base 16), octal(base 8), and other base numbers form versatileframeworks for various computational and theoretical applications. This paper gives structureand properties of the base numbers from certain operations at regional distributions, provid-ing the framework of its data which are very hard to compute by natural process in largernumerical data. In this paper, we try to describe the arithmetic of base numbers based onregional distributions on entire regions and in individual place value systems, giving the basiccalculations in base numbers like calculations on total number of ones, twos and so on up to(m-1)’s and total number of ones(hamming weight) or twos and so on up to (m-1)’s where m isrespective base number. so that it is also possible to get its properties up to a certain number. From these results we got properties on the total sum and product of ones or twos... (m-1)’sin a region and up to a certain number. The proofs mainly depend on the generation of basenumbers and the way we partition those numbers in a particular format.
