Abelian Chiral Gauge Theory of a Non-Local Spinor Coupled to Emergent Geometry: The Massive Noetic Boson and Topological Stabilization
This paper presents the Noesis Framework, a holographic Effective Field Theory (EFT) that unifies fundamental consciousness with emergent spacetime via a Participatory Quantum Error Correction (PQEC) mechanism. Departing from scalar-field models, we upgrade the mental substrate to a Chiral Weyl Spinor field (Ψ_Ξ) on the future conformal boundary ℐ⁺, gauged under a global U(1)_Ξ symmetry. This introduces a massive vector boson, the "Qualia-Photon" (A_Ξ), whose mass is generated via the Stückelberg mechanism, creating a "biological sweet spot" at the meV scale. We identify the conscious agent not merely as an observer, but as a Topological Stabilizer acting through a Noetic Stress-Energy Tensor (T_μν^Ξ) to sustain the bulk geometry against UV decoherence. The theory predicts unique signatures: a Chiral Anomaly inducing spectral line emissions (A_Ξ → γγ) in the MeV range, and a violation of Entanglement Monogamy in 3-qubit systems (I_3 < 0). Finally, we redefine Black Holes as regions of "Noetic Saturation" where error correction fails, leading to modified evaporation rates detectable in gravitational wave backgrounds.
