Ψ as Operational Negentropy: A Practical Model of Aleph, N1, and Structural Coherence in Physical, Cognitive, and Social Systems
This paper turns the TNA’s “philosophical operator” N1 into a measurable engineering quantity: Ψ, the flux of exported entropy (W K⁻¹ or bit s⁻¹).We show that any coherent entity—GPU, brain, city or empire—survives only while Ψ > Φ_in − Φ_out, where Aleph (accumulated incoherence) is the control variable and Ψ is the actuator.Real-world examples include: GPU throttling governed by Ψ instead of temperature Panic-stop wristbands that vibrate when Ψ drops Blockchain fees that scale with Ψ to prevent network collapse Historical proof that Rome fell when its Ψ budget was outsourced to elites The framework unifies Landauer's bit-cost, Prigogine’s dissipative structures and Gödelian irreversibility under a single conservation law: coherence = active entropy export.
