tz-dev/Praxeological-Meta-Structure-Theory: First release

Release Notes — Praxeological-Meta-Structure-Theory (v1.0.0) Overview This is the initial public release of the Praxeological-Meta-Structure-Theory repository. It contains the foundational theoretical work behind the PMS operator algebra and the PMS.yaml specification, which together form the core of the Praxeological Meta-Structure (PMS) framework. This release establishes PMS as a formal system composed of: an operator set (Δ–Ψ) a monoidal composition structure contextual frames (□) transformation operators conditions for system evolution, integration, isolation, and reframing The repository includes the core paper that defines PMS as a structural system theory, as well as the PMS.yaml file, which serves as the formalized source-of-truth for operator definitions, dependencies, and semantics. This release corresponds to Version 1.0 of the foundational PMS research. Contents The repository includes: The PMS Theory Paper (Markdown) — foundational conceptual description PMS.yaml — a fully machine-readable specification of the PMS operator system Operator definitions for Δ, ∇, □, Λ, Α, Ω, Θ, Φ, Χ, Σ, Ψ Dependency structures defining valid operator sequences and transformations Derived axioms and structural rules for PMS-compliant systems Theoretical notes and annotations supporting further research and implementation Repository licensing documentation Together, these elements form the authoritative definition of the PMS framework. Purpose of this Release Version 1.0.0 is intended to: provide a canonical, citeable source for the PMS theoretical foundation enable researchers and practitioners to reference a stable version of PMS.yaml establish PMS as a formal operator algebra suitable for system design, AI governance, and computation serve as the baseline for applied works such as PMS-STACK (engineering) and PMS-QC (quantum computing) prepare the theoretical groundwork for future implementations, DSLs, IR layers, and system kernels This release marks the formal introduction of PMS as a unified system theory. Key Features Complete definition of the PMS operator set (Δ–Ψ) Formal semantics encoded in PMS.yaml Structured dependency and transformation model Frame-based contextual reasoning (□) Operator-level representations of distinction, impulse, temporality, reframing, isolation, integration, and policy A fully abstract yet rigorously defined mathematical foundation Machine-readable specification for compilers, analyzers, and future PMS runtimes Modular structure enabling specialized derivatives (PMS-STACK, PMS-QC, etc.) Versioning This release is tagged as: v1.0.0 — Foundational Theory Release Future releases will include: refinements of operator definitions and semantic constraints extended commentary and theoretical appendices integration guides for PMS-STACK and PMS-QC formal inference rules and derived theorems graph representations and visualization formats additional research papers building on PMS core theory License The theory paper and PMS.yaml specification are released under the license included in the repository. They may be cited in academic work and reused in derivative research.
