Comparative photochemical flow synthesis of ketenimines via Hg-lamp and UV-C LED irradiation

We demonstrate the superior performance of an UV-C LED to generate ketenimines from isoxazoles. This approach overcomes limitations associated with classical Hg-lamps, such as secondary photoreactions, high dilutions and low photon efficiency.
