Dimension W, W-Fibers, and Biological Patterning: A Theoretical Framework Linking Informational Substrates to Morphogenic Fields and Genetic Expression

Abstract This paper proposes a unified theoretical framework connecting biological development, morphogenic fields, and information-theoretic models inspired by emergent spacetime research. The central hypothesis is that an informational substrate—termed Dimension W—contains geometric attractors that guide biological form. W-fibers are introduced as coherence bridges that couple developing organisms to these attractors, influencing morphogenic fields, which in turn regulate spatial and temporal patterns of gene expression. Drawing from animal studies in regeneration biology, information geometry, and systems theory, this paper outlines the theoretical foundations, provides mathematical formalizations (in plain text), proposes computational models, and identifies future research pathways.
