Specifics of Financial Market Regulation under Sanctions

This study examines the specifics of financial market regulation under sanctions. It identifies the most important points to consider when implementing regulation. The analysis is based on data from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Exchange Index, the European Parliament, official Russian legislation, and open sources. This study identified key trends in the transformation of the Russian financial system under the influence of foreign economic restrictions. The results obtained can serve as a basis for developing adaptive regulatory strategies and improving financial stability mechanisms in the long term.
