From Discretion to Architecture: Inflation within Structural Ledger Systems
This paper examines inflation as an expression of institutional architecture shaped by discretionary processes, temporal conditions and embedded design choices. It illustrates how ledger-based systems could introduce algorithmic issuance regimes, tokenised liquidity environments and trust-sensitive scarcity signals as structural parameters within monetary practice. It positions institutional oversight alongside codified mechanisms that articulate monetary functions supported by a transparent, rule-governed architectures.
