D9.2 Data Management Plan
The D9.2 Data Management Plan (DMP), produced within WP9 – Management, Coordination & Ethics, outlines StreamSCAPES’ comprehensive approach to data security, privacy, and GDPR compliance, detailing measures for secure storage, recovery, archiving, anonymisation, and controlled access to sensitive data. Structured in two chapters, the document first presents each partner’s data management procedures and then explains how the project implements the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) in line with European Commission guidelines for Horizon Europe. These provisions ensure ethical and legal compliance, safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all research data, and establish a full-lifecycle strategy guided by the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement. By adopting robust protection mechanisms and appropriate repositories, the DMP strengthens transparency, supports evidence-based decision-making, and enhances trust in the Video-on-Demand industry.
