D9.4 Gender Action Plan

The D9.4 Gender Action Plan (GAP), developed within WP9 – Organisation, Management & Ethics, outlines the consortium’s strategy for integrating a gender-sensitive approach across all StreamSCAPES activities. It consolidates partners’ gender-oriented actions and best practices, ensuring alignment with Horizon Europe requirements (including the eligibility criterion of possessing a Gender Equality Plan where applicable) and will be updated annually to maintain consistent gender considerations in research methods, impacts, and dissemination. The document presents the gender-related policies of each partner, demonstrates the project’s strong gender balance in organisational structure and team composition, and details specific gender-focused actions embedded in research, communication, and exploitation activities. It also identifies additional steps to further strengthen gender mainstreaming throughout the project’s development.
