Standards of proficiency for nursing associates: Annexe A skills

The second article of the three-part series on the Nursing and Midwifery Council's standards of proficiency for nursing associates discusses the skills and knowledge outlined in Annexe A. The focus of Annexe A is on communication and relationship management skills, and is divided into five key sections: providing and monitoring care, preventing ill health and managing health challenges, providing therapeutic interventions, working in professional teams, and effective supervision skills.
