The Intelligent Transformative Organization Framework: Integrating Wisdom and Technology for Collective Flourishing in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract Purpose: This paper aims to present and elucidate the "Intelligent Transformative Organization" framework as a novel paradigm that bridges the gap between technology and culture in organizational transformation by integrating "Cultural Transformation Capability" and "Dynamic Intelligence Capability." Design/Methodology/Approach: This research employs a systems theorizing approach and secondary analysis of data from reputable international reports, combined with a creative synthesis of native theoretical foundations ("Intelligent Companions of Illumination" National Plan, 2025; "Pragmatic Theorizing Movement...", 2025). Findings: The proposed framework conceptualizes the organization as a living organism, founded on two pillars: "Cultural Transformation" and "Dynamic Intelligence." The framework outlines a gradual, contingent, and decentralized path to meaningful intelligentization through its "Six-Layer Architecture" (Infrastructure, Data, Intelligence, Services, Interaction, Governance) and two strategic appendices: "Cultural" and "Technological." Originality/Value: The article's innovation lies in providing an integrated and actionable roadmap that, for the first time, synthesizes profound cultural theoretical foundations with a precise and flexible technological architecture, offering a globally-inclusive solution for organizations at any level of maturity and resources.
