D6.1 Plan for the Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation
The D6.1 Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation (DCE) Plan, developed under WP6, provides a phased and comprehensive strategy to ensure the visibility, accessibility, uptake, and long-term impact of StreamSCAPES, a project examining the role of Video-On-Demand platforms in supporting the Sustainable Climate Transition within the Cultural and Creative Industries. Spanning three implementation phases, the Plan outlines coordinated actions for awareness-raising, stakeholder engagement, public outreach, knowledge transfer, and the exploitation of six Key Exploitable Results. It combines editorial and multimedia outputs, targeted interactions with stakeholders, and cross-sectoral clustering, supported by clear partner roles, central coordination, and an adaptive evaluation system with defined KPIs. Beyond enhancing visibility, the DCE Plan acts as a driver of behavioural, institutional, and market change, delivering toolkits, certification frameworks, online courses, policy briefs, and interactive dashboards to foster a more climate-conscious media ecosystem.
