Distributed participation in the green energy transition?:A case study of an emerging communication ecology

This study explores a novel approach to citizen participation in the green energy transition, i.e. the so-called Thy Model as implemented by the municipality of Thisted, Denmark. We analyze the technological, social, and discursive layers of the emerging communication ecologies both at a municipal and a site level.
