Das Pariser Abkommen droht zu scheitern. Was jetzt?
The effectiveness of the Paris Agreement is undermined by its reliance on unilateral commitments rather than reciprocal ones. We argue for a reorientation of European climate strategy towards international cooperation through coordinated carbon pricing and technological innovation, especially in the face of growing threats to global climate governance.
