DECISIONES ESTRATÉGICAS: UN MODELO DE APOYO A LA PRIORIZACIÓN DE PROYECTOS EN LA INFRAESTRUCTURA DE TRANSPORTE DE BRASIL

Efficient transportation infrastructure is essential for development, but faces challenges such as high resource demands, environmental impacts, and climate change vulnerability. This study proposes an innovative action model for Brazil's transportation infrastructure, prioritizing financial viability, socioeconomic benefits, environmental sustainability, and resilience to climate impacts. The model focuses on resource optimization, adaptability promotion, and equitable development, addressing critical aspects such as risk assessment, climate resilience, stakeholder engagement, and transparency. By integrating sustainability and climate change adaptation, this study provides a holistic framework to enhance Brazil's transportation sector and ensure its long-term resilience.
