Making better cells: Unlocking the full potential of stem cells with TNT
Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are specialized cells that can grow into almost any cell type in the body—offering exciting possibilities for disease research, drug testing, and regenerative medicine. However, their full potential is often hindered by residual epigenetic memory, which can limit their quality and ability to truly mimic native cell types. Transient Naive Treatment (TNT) is a breakthrough method that resets this memory, creating more reliable and physiologically relevant iPSC-derived models. This presentation will highlight how TNT enhances stem cell functionality, its advantages over traditional reprogramming techniques, and the commercial opportunities it unlocks for biotech, pharma, and regenerative medicine.
