AI-Driven International New Ventures in Poland

The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionising business by enabling small firms to scale globally from inception (Chalmers et al., 2021). This research focuses on AI-driven business models that facilitate rapid internationalisation, examining startups in Poland, a growing hub for tech innovation (Burström et al., 2021). It investigates how AI empowers firms to bypass traditional growth stages, overcome market limitations, and achieve geographical scalability. While the disruptive potential of AI is well-documented, its specific role in fostering the rapid internationalisation of new ventures remains underexplored (Enholm et al., 2022). This study links AI capabilities to the 'born global' phenomenon, offering fresh insights into how technology drives international growth (Meyer et al., 2023; Reuber et al., 2014). Using case studies of Polish startups, the research employs semi-structured interviews, observation of practices, and analysis of company documents. By exploring strategy formulation, technology adoption, and market entry, the findings aim to illuminate AI's transformative impact on small firms and provide practical implications for international entrepreneurship
