HESTIA D7.4 Impact assessment and lessons learnt

This deliverable is part of the project Holistic dEmand response Services for European residenTIAl communities (HESTIA), and it reports on the findings from task 7.4. The deliverable reports the direct and indirect socio-economic impacts of the deployment of the HESTIA DR solutions and platform seen from a user perspective (the households) as well as from the perspectives of the local communities and other relevant stakeholders represented in the project. It also reports key lessons learned from technical and conceptual project partners that can feed into future projects and designs of household- and community-oriented DR solutions. The analysis and findings are primarily based on qualitative interviews and workshops with households, local stakeholders and project partners.
