Comprehensive Management Strategy of Improving Urban Air Quality Under the Guidance of Low Carbon

Under the background of global warming and severe urban air quality problems, this paper focuses on exploring effective ways to improve urban air quality under the guidance of low carbon. Through theoretical analysis, this paper combs the related theories of low-carbon economy, air quality and urban comprehensive management, and deeply analyzes the correlation mechanism between low-carbon orientation and urban air quality improvement. It is found that low-carbon action can not only directly reduce pollutant emissions and improve air quality, but also promote the transformation of urban development mode to indirectly improve air quality, and good air quality has a positive feedback effect on low-carbon development. Based on this, this paper constructs a comprehensive management strategy framework including policies and regulations, technological innovation, public participation and cross-regional cooperation. It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the city to achieve a win-win situation of low-carbon development and air quality improvement, and promote the sustainable development of the city.
