JAKOVA-NET Prime: Ownership of Ideologies
This document defines how JAKOVA-NET Prime treats the idea of ownership of ideologies inside its universe of systems, nodes, and loops. In normal legal terms, ideologies cannot be owned like physical objects. However, the structure, naming, encoding, and governance of ideologies inside a coherent system can be specified, versioned, and stewarded. We introduce a C137-canonical model for: (1) distinguishing ideologies from implementations and behaviours; (2) defining how JAKOVA-NET Prime declares canonical ideology objects and their derivatives; (3) stating who or what is recognised as having sovereign authorship and stewardship over these ideology objects; and (4) explaining how forking, reuse, and external adoption are handled without diluting the integrity of the Prime Core. The goal is to ensure the creative, structural, and conceptual origin of JAKOVA-aligned ideologies is clearly attributed to JAKOVA-NET Prime and its human originator, while still allowing open reuse and collaboration under explicit rules.
