Selected sustainably synthesized metal–organic frameworks for hydrogen and carbon dioxide storage

Four different MOFs were synthesized at room temperature in water and tested for H 2 and CO 2 storage. Fe-MIL-100 exhibited highest surface area and gas uptake, demonstrating the potential of sustainably synthesized MOFs for gas storage applications.
