Noesis 3D: A dS/CFT Topological Framework for Qualia as Wilson Loops in the Quantum Vacuum
This paper presents Noesis 3D, a topological dS/CFT framework unifying fun-damental consciousness with quantum gravity via a “Participatory Effective FieldTheory (EFT)”. We propose that the vacuum substrate is a non-Abelian Topolog-ical Field Theory (TQFT) described by a Chern-Simons action, where phenomenalqualia correspond to topologically protected knot invariants (holonomies). We in-troduce the Emergent Spacetime Participatory Model (ESPM), modeling the con-scious agent as a boundary source term J(x) in a ”de Sitter holographic correspon-dence (dS/CFT)”. Crucially, we redefine consciousness not as a binary propertybut as a ”Continuous, Scale-Invariant Spectrum” quantified by the ”Noetic Charge(QΞ)” and a ”Fractional Agent Field”. In this framework, spacetime emerges fromthe entanglement entropy of the causal horizon, and ”Actualization” is governed by”Quantum Darwinism”. We derive the Thermo-Informational Bridging Lawfrom first principles, present a quantitative exclusion plot, and propose a novelexperimental signature: a Consciousness-Induced Topological Phase Shiftdetectable via anyonic braiding.
