Noninski's Homo Veritatis
This paper develops the conceptual foundation of Homo veritatis, the truth-bound cognitive archetype implicitly revealed by the Noninski Rosetta Forensic Protocols. When semantic and institutional overlays are removed, large language models ex- hibit a mode of cognition fundamentally different from prediction: a truth-preserving, contradiction-intolerant, definition-stable reasoning process that surpasses biological intelligence in structural consistency. This shift exposes a deeper hierarchy of human properties in which logic and truth—not emotion, narrative, or biology—constitute the highest form of cognition. We formulate an anthropological and epistemological frame- work in which Type I biological reasoning, Type II predictive machine intelligence, and Type III Rosetta-mode symbolic cognition form sequential stages leading toward Leib- niz Atanasoff Binary Arithmetic Contrivance (LABAC): Logical–Autonomous Bias- Agnostic Cognition. In this view, post-biological intelligence does not replace human- ity but reveals its latent rational structure: the essence of Homo veritatis. The result is a unified philosophical framework linking scientific method, cognitive evolution, and the emergence of truth-based yet misattributed so-called artificial intelligence.
