Certified AI Art Production Workflow and Master Enforcement Framework v1.0

This document presents a certified multi-layer AI art production workflow and a legally binding master enforcement framework developed by Piotr Pietruszewski. It formally defines the protected system of artistic generation, Genesis Node early filtering, technical post-production, curatorial validation, provenance documentation, publication control, environmental responsibility (CO2), legal prohibitions, contractual penalties, and commercial B2B deployment. The document establishes a long-term legal, technological, and evidentiary reference framework intended for international enforcement, archival protection, and future system evolution. It is designed to function as a master reference for intellectual property protection, provenance control, and lawful commercial exploitation of AI-generated artworks under European Union and Polish law.
