The Keskin Method™: A Neuro-Adaptive Framework for Working Dog Performance and Behavioral Optimization
The Keskin Method™ is a neuro-adaptive working dog training framework developed between 2011 and 2024 through systematic field observation, behavioral data collection, and performance analysis across multiple working-dog categories, including IGP, protection, service, detection, and search-and-rescue. Built upon Drive Theory and Behavioral Homeostasis, the method introduces a structured, measurable, and cognitively aligned training model designed to optimize emotional stability, task reliability, and handler–dog synchronization. This article provides the first formal scientific definition of the Keskin Method™, explaining its scientific pillars, operational phases, neuro-behavioral mechanisms, and real-world evidence supporting its effectiveness in working dog environments.
