Frontispiece: Carbonothioate‐Triggered Cascade Cyclization Enables High‐Specificity Fluorescence Imaging of Hydrogen Polysulfides
A carbonothioate-based fluorescent probe is developed that can be selectively activated by H 2 S n (n > 1) through cascade cyclization reaction to liberate the phenolic fluorophore. This work for the first time demonstrates the fluorescence imaging of H 2 S n dynamics in insulin-resistant cells and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) mice.Details are reported by Wei Chen and co-workers in their Research Article (e202519021).
