Topological Consciousness: A dS/CFT Framework for Qualia as Wilson Loops in the Quantum Vacuum (Condensed Theoretical Proposal)
This paper presents Noesis 3D, a rigorous theoretical framework unifying fundamentalconsciousness with quantum gravity via a Participatory Effective Field Theory (EFT). Wepropose that the vacuum substrate is a non-Abelian Topological Field Theory (TQFT)described by a Chern-Simons action, where phenomenal qualia correspond to topologicallyprotected knot invariants (holonomies). We introduce the Emergent Spacetime ParticipatoryModel (ESPM), modeling the conscious agent as a boundary source term J(x) in a deSitter holographic correspondence (dS/CFT). Crucially, we redefine consciousness not as abinary property but as a continuous, scale-invariant spectrum quantified by the NoeticCharge (QΞ) and a Fractional Agent Field. In this framework, spacetime emerges from theentanglement entropy of the causal horizon, and ”Actualization” is governed by QuantumDarwinism. We derive the Thermo-Informational Bridging Law from first principles andpropose a novel experimental signature: a Consciousness-Induced Topological Phase Shiftdetectable via anyonic braiding.
