The Coherence Factor Across Scales: Detection of the 31 nHz Oscillation in Atomic Clocks and the Shutdown of Geometry in GRB Collapse
This work tests whether spacetime exists only within the coherence interval 0<Ξ<1.Reanalysis of multi-laboratory atomic clock residuals shows strong preference for a fixed-period model consistent with a global coherence oscillation at Ω≃31 nHz, without free tuning of parameters. In the opposite regime, multi-band GRB and SN light curves reveal a monotonic decay of Ξ toward zero, terminating in a radio-only emission phase — an operational shutdown of geometry.Together these results suggest that geometry is not fundamental but coherence-dependent, and that Ξ provides a scalable operational link between precision timekeeping and astrophysical collapse.
