Intelligent Mobile Qualitative Organization (IMQO): Vibrational Organization Paradigm in the Human-AI Nexus Era

English Abstract Abstract The inherent crisis of traditional organizations including bureaucracy, lack of transparency, inefficiency, and meritocracy inequality—has revealed the need for a fundamental transformational paradigm. This article introduces the theory of the "Intelligent Mobile Qualitative Organization (IMQO)" as an integrated operational-theoretical framework. IMQO transforms the organization from a physical, hierarchical, and static structure into a "digital vibrational phenomenon"; a self-regulating, timeless, placeless entity based on the nexus (deep integration) of humans and artificial intelligence. The core of this theory rests on five non-negotiable foundational principles: algorithmic meritocracy, absolute transparency, human-centricity, scalable justice, and the right to self-evolution. Using the Design Science research method, the article presents a 6-layer technical architecture, a 60-day implementation roadmap, and the results of a proof-of-concept case study in a 50-person pilot unit. The findings indicate the achievement of a Return on Investment (ROI) exceeding 600%, a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92, and 100% eternal transparency within two months. By providing a "global manifesto," a "self-evolving technical architecture," and a "proven operational roadmap," IMQO is not only a response to contemporary organizational challenges but also, as a "civilizational software," outlines the vision for forming an "Internet of Intelligent Organizations."
