Characteristics of vibration energy flow transfer in rubber matrix cord-reinforced fluid-filled combined shells of revolution

In this paper, the characteristics of the flow of energy transferred through vibrations in fluid-filled pipelines are analyzed with a theoretical model. The precise transfer matrix method for the vibro-acoustic characteristics of fluid-filled combined shells of revolution is established. Moreover, the design of their acoustic structure is optimized. After deriving the vibration control equations for the fluid-filled combined shells of revolution, the Moore-Penrose is employed to discover the response to the shell vibration. Then, the characteristics of the internal force-energy flow transfer of pipelines were analyzed in simulation. The reduction in the level of energy flow vibration was taken as an optimization indicator to delve into how the internal force energy flow transfer could be affected. On this basis, the acoustic structure of the pipe system was optimized and tested.
