Achieving high field-effect mobility in CuSCN thin-film transistors with thiocyanate-functionalized polymers as fluorine-free dielectrics
Fluorine-free polymers containing a thiocyanate group are synthesized, yielding a high dielectric constant of ∼18. When used as dielectrics in CuSCN transistors, a high mobility is obtained, highlighting the chemical compatibility at the interface.
