A TDRE Interpretation of Unresolved Problems in Modern Physics: A Speculative Plenum-Soliton Framework

This work presents a speculative interpretation of several open problems in modern physics within the framework of the Trans-Dimensional Resonant Ether (TDRE). The TDRE postulates a physical plenum described by a complex CP^1 field, with solitonic excitations interpreted as matter and emergent vector/tensor modes interpreted as electromagnetic and gravitational fields. At a purely theoretical level, the paper outlines how this plenum–soliton model can accommodate alternative viewpoints on: (i) dark matter, (ii) dark energy, (iii) the Hubble tension, (iv) baryon asymmetry, (v) the quantum measurement problem, and (vi) the unification of gravity and quantum theory. The approach is explicitly speculative and does not claim experimental validation. The goal is to provide a mathematically coherent playground that may inspire new ways to think about these issues and, in the best case, suggest falsifiable predictions for future work.
