TID 8.2: A Consistent Scalar-Vector-Tensor Framework for Dark Sector Phenomenology
We propose a unified gravitational framework, TID 8.2, which addresses the phenomenology of Dark Matter and Dark Energy through a Scalar-Vector-Tensor (SVT) theory. This framework is explicitly constructed to satisfy modern observational constraints, most notably the gravitational wave speed condition $c_{GW}=c$ imposed by GW170817. **Key Features of the Framework:** * **Gravitational Wave Consistency:** Strictly adheres to $c_{GW}=c$ by excluding disformal couplings to the matter sector. * **Scalar Sector:** Incorporates a Vainshtein screening mechanism via a cubic Galileon term to ensure consistency with Solar System tests. * **Vector Sector:** Introduces a stabilized Proca-type vector field to account for cosmic acceleration (Dark Energy) without tachyonic instabilities. * **Cluster Dynamics:** Proposes a stabilized kinetic coupling term to address the dynamics of colliding galaxy clusters (e.g., the Bullet Cluster) while avoiding Ostrogradski instabilities. **Evolution from Previous Work:** This manuscript represents a refinement of the foundational "Theory of Informational Dynamics" (TID 7.3). It evolves the gravitational sector to ensure strict mathematical consistency with recent multi-messenger astronomy data. **Theoretical Outlook:** The paper also explores the potential implications of the scalar field for the objective reduction (OR) of the quantum wavefunction, linking the Dark Sector to quantum foundations.
