Design and Construction of 6-Seater Electric Golf Machine for College
The transportation of players, faculty, and equipment within college campuses necessitates sustainable and efficient vehicular systems. This paper presents the design and construction of a 6-seater electric golf machine tailored specifically for college environments, focusing on cost-effectiveness, eco-friendliness, and ergonomic comfort. The electric vehicle integrates modern propulsion technologies, lightweight structural materials, and user-centric design features to facilitate intra-campus transport. This work includes detailed analysis of component selection, frame design, motor and battery configuration, and fabrication strategies. Furthermore, it compares existing electric mobility solutions and evaluates the prototype through real-world testing across varied terrain and loads. The outcomes demonstrate the project's success in creating a reliable, efficient, and sustainable transport solution with applications extending beyond academic campuses to resorts, large campuses, and green zones. The results also emphasize the potential of electric mobility in educational institutions to promote green practices, reduce carbon footprint, and provide safe, noise- free transportation.
