The manual translates the obligations of the Data Management Plan (D4.8) and the architectural principles of the NM-KOS (ID4.5.1) into clear, actionable procedures that ensure nuclear materials data across the consortium becomes FAIR — Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable.
