The Concept of Inner Rare Authenticity as an Ethical Framework: Exploring the Global Rare Impact Theory and the Future of Business Ethics in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

This conceptual working paper introduces the concept of Inner Rare Authenticity as an ethical framework within the architecture of the Global Rare Impact Theory (GRIT). The paper argues that contemporary business ethics, especially in the age of Artificial Intelligence, cannot be sustained by compliance mechanisms, codes of conduct, or reputational incentives alone. Instead, it proposes inner rare authenticity-the awakening and stabilization of a person’s Rare Inner Code-as part of the ethical infrastructure of organizations. Building on the original GRIT introduction and book project, the paper develops a coherent ethical framework that connects inner rare authenticity to organizational conduct, AI governance, and value creation in a meaning-driven economy. It outlines the R.A.R.E® model (Real, Authentic, Relevant, Evolving), the I.M.P.A.C.T® framework, the Meaning-Driven Economy, the Rare Impact Index (RII / RII-G), and the AI × AI² paradigm (Artificial Intelligence × Authentic Intelligence). It further introduces the emerging Global Rare Impact Coaching Theory (GRIC) as a practice architecture for leadership and coaching. The paper formulates propositions for future empirical research on ethical leadership, AI ethics, and civilization-scale questions of trust, prosperity, and human flourishing. As a conceptual working paper (v1.0), it is intended as a foundational reference for scholars, practitioners, and institutions interested in re-grounding business ethics in inner authenticity and awareness-based transformation. The paper is authored by Nader Bagherzadeh, founder and architect of the Global Rare Impact Theory (GRIT) and founder of RAREIMPACTGLOBAL.
